Local Safeway - here in Wyoming - sells tomatoes but will not use the
same on sandwiches they make and sell in-store ! Yep, that's right. Your
sandwich from the store *will* not include Safeway tomatoes. But, you
can buy tomatoes there, put them on your sandwich "at your own risk (and
not their responsibility)", yet receive _no_ discount on their
sandwich's regular price less tomatoes. No doubt they're afraid of
possible litigation.

That is, after all, the SAFEway! ;-)

Safeway and A&P moved out of the Kansas City area about 20 years ago.

In Safeway's place were Food Barns. Then they were all replaced with
Price Choppers, which are mostly owned by a local grocery supplier,
Associated Wholesale Grocers. http://www.awginc.com

AWG also bought Food-4-Less stores owned by Fleming Foods, the top
supplier for independent grocers, plus the Albertsons in Kansas.

This planet certainly would run smoother without lawyers.

No Microsoft, Apple, Intel, Novell, Trend Micro, nor Ford products were used in the preparation or transmission of this message.

The EULA sounds like it was written by a team of lawyers who want to tell me what I can't do. The GPL sounds like it was written by a human being, who wants me to know what I can do.
