Hi ng,

the message QSettings: failed to open file '/etc/qt3/qtrc' stands several
times in my .xsession.errors at startup or when I use the command line to
run a program. I am runnig KDE 3.5.5 with Debian stable and xserver-xorg
1.7.1. Seems that at KDE startup qsettings will look for the qtrc, that is
for root only and not the qtrc in my home ~./qt3/qtrc.

I hope that somebody can help me.
