Search description in packages

I see that the latest rpmdrake can't find packages by keywords in their
description. Can this be done from the command line?

Or would I have to write a script that checked the description of all the
packages with grep? Maybe that's how rpmdrake used to do it.

In rpmdrake, click on the binoculars and choose "In descriptions". This
works for me.

I have "Currently installed version: 3.117.7-1.1mdv2008.0" which offers
search in names, descriptions, summaries, and file names. Which versions
of rpmdrake and Mandriva are you using?

Ah! Thanks. That little magnifying-glass icon thingy in the left of the
search box. It's got adverse cognitive ergonomics, doncha know.
