samba wrongly redirecting shares on centos

hello one and all,

ok, i have an older fc7 smb file server running fine with its shares.
it works fine. however, i recently setup a new centos5.2 smb file
server also. its netbios name and comment come up fine on a windows2k
client under the same workgroup as the fc server. however, when i go
into the centos5.2 server to see its shares, they are the same shares
and files as the fc7 shares and files. that should not be the case, the
two linux servers have absolutely different folders and files.

so, why is the centos5.2 shares somehow pointing or redirecting to the
fc7 shares? what have i setup wrong on the centos5.2 smb? how do i fix it?

thank you in advance and have a great day.

lucas
