We need a lot more information...

what type of SAN: iSCSI or Fiber?

you are presuming the LUN has already been created on the storage array, has
it?

if this is a fiber SAN, has the switch zoning been accomplished to present
the LUN to the server?

if this is an iSCSI SAN, what is the iqn of the target and what type of
authentication will be used?

there is no single Linux command that magically does everything, you must
prepare the storage array, configure the target and initiator if iSCSI or
zone the switches if fiber, implement your multi-path software if needed,
format the device, and then mount it.

talk to your SAN administrators to save yourself a lot of grief.
