sticky notes stuck

I tried to paste a page from a pdf into a new sticky note and it jammed
up the program. I can no longer load it, when I try, the notes all come
up and the one that jammed up the program causes the program to fail. I
want to delete the problem note, but cannot find where it is stashed.

Sticky notes, or tomboy?

sticky notes:
(home directory)
~/.gconf/apps/stickynotes_applet/

Thanks, found it, the folder contains two folders, "defaults" and
"settings" and a file %gconf.xml; that file contains "XML Parsing Error:
no element found
Location: file:///home/mouse/.gconf/apps/%25gconf.xml Line Number 1,
Column 1:
^"

None of the notes texts are contained in these folders. I tried moving the
entire folder to the trash and then going to "add to panel" to add the
applet back in again and got the same error message "Sticky Notes" has
quit unexpectedly

Any suggestions how to fix this apparently hosed applet?
Thanks,
Mouse

Thanks, NoStop. I found the file, deleted the offending note in GVim, and
all is well now, the applet loaded back in with no problem. I appreciate
the help.

An therapeutic... :)

Glad you could solve it, though.

I've seen anonymous postings. But this seems to be the inverse!
