Trying to network an IBM NETVISTA

Hi,
~
the actual box I have is an IBM NETVISTA A30P MT P4/1800 (Part #: 831063U)
~
I don't know or even how to check if it is a BIOS problem related to the
NICs or not and I have tried different NICs
~

Well, the only two things that could connect the two of them is they are
both kaput which is very unlikely, but I will keep testing

The only problem I see is "Link detected: no". What if anything is
connected to the two NICs?
