I need to duplicate outgoing dns packets to another gateway?

if dns reply goes to wan1 duplicate and route also to wan2
How do I do that using iptables v1.3.5 ?

Can you give more description of what you want to do ? First of all
how many interfaces your device has and onto which(like wan1 or
wan2) ?
Also you want to redirect or you want to use --continue using
iptables so that packet mangling does not drop packet at wan1 itself?
