On FC3 I used to drive my AT (forerunner 25) card using
a package atm-0.65 which contained atmarpd, atmsigd etc

This does not seem to exist on FC9 and I cannot seem to find the
original package anywhere.

Is there any pointer somewhere what I need to make my FC9 machine
use an atm0 network (clip over atm)?
