Try this:

SELECT ProdCode, COUNT(*) AS cnt
FROM OrderDet
GROUP BY ProdCode;

To find the product code with most counts:

SELECT TOP 1 WITH TIES ProdCode, COUNT(*) AS cnt
FROM OrderDet
GROUP BY ProdCode
ORDER BY cnt DESC;
