When DW and I get into fights, they are never really bad. I'd classify them more as an argument. I just stew there while she tells my why I'm wrong. Once I see her point, and she'll always give it to me and make sure I understand it (lol), it's usually resolved quickly. I never leave because I know there is probably something I missed.
However, there are some days when I'm just angry and don't know why. Still, I'm just the "Sit there and stew" kinda guy. |

As soon as I get angry, I ask someone present there for a glass of water. After drinking it, I cool down and start thinking and reason prevails. Therefore I suggest everyone to take water at the time of anger.
