recognize updates in thai

have changed the regional settings to thai and thailand, date and time to
thai calendar and thai time, and am able to do applications and send and
receive email in thai, however not able to receive window and/or norton
updates in thai settings, and windows does not recognize as genuine unless i
change settings to english

what do i need to change and/ or do i need to do a complete install of xp
professional english /multi language to receive updates without changing the
language settings ?

As for Symantec/Norton, if they do not have a Thai language version you may
be stuck with the english version. If you wanted Thai language security
software you should install something else besides Symantec/Norton . As for
MS updates, maybe you should cross-post your question to
microsoft.public.windowsupdate NG.
As for WGA validation checking, even if it fails you should be able to
download many critical Windows updates using MS update anyway.
