RE: lsass.exe system error

Only changes in last 24 hours were: insalled 1 gig RAM memory upgrade for
Dell Dimension 4400 with XP Home OS . . . adjusted My Computer / Performance
Options / Visual Effections tab(s) for for "best performance" . . . and
switched virtual memory paging file size from 384 mb to 1024 mb.

Now, regardless of F8 mode selected upon boot up, can't get past flash
screen as no account(s) is/are presented and I keep setting an lsass.exe
error stating "Security Accounts Manager initialization failed. Error
status: 0xc0000008." along with instructions to click on OK, reboot to Safe
mode and check events log. Endless loops of this. Any thoughts??
