I'm running XP Home and recently was checked by Win Genuine Tool which came
up with posible counterfeit Pro Office - this has been removed but Media
Player V11, System Restore, User Console and IE7 are all failing. Media
Player fails to load, User Console goes to blank screen as does System
Restore and IE7 sometimes does not load and stays on blank screen. I've run
malware and adware program checks etc with no luck.
Any help is appreciated - all programs are now genuine.

Click Start, Run. Type:

regsvr32 jscript.dll

Press {ENTER}
