Using XP SP3
About three monts ago I found that I could no longer access any external
drives. It tells me that I do not have permission due to restrictions in
place on the computer and recommends that I contact the system administrator
who just happens to be me.

I have been going crazy with this for weeks and cannot seem to find a
solution. Does anybody out there have a clue???

If I cannot access an esternal drive I cannot not even download a camera or
access a flash drive.

HELP please
