Re: Help and Support Center not working
Try reinstalling the help app.

Re: Help and Support Center not working
I posted the below a while ago. Hope it helps.
I have been unable to get into Help & Support, MsInfo or Services for a couple of weeks now. I either would get absolutely nothing when I attempted to open them, or I would get an IE script error with all blanks in the window which could only be closed with the Task Manager. I had tried every fix I could find by searching Google, and everything suggested to me here, but none worked. I next uninstalled IE v7 and that fixed ALL of the problems. Not only can I run services, but I can now also get into Help & Support and MsInfo32, which I couldn't do before. Evidently IEv7 is as big a piece of #*%& as everyone says it is! Hope this helps someone. |

Re: Help and Support Center not working
Everyone does not say it is a big piece of #*%&. You have something else on
your system causing your problem. Get rid of all your garbage then install IE7.
