I'm having this problem with MSN, everytime I try to forward an e-mail, this
message appears, " MSN has encountered a problem and needs to close, we are
sorry for the inconvenience." Then it lists, "Send error report" and "Don't
send", If I click on either one, it clears the screen. I don't know what to
do. I appreciate your help very much.

You may have corrupt files in the IE cache.
IE, Tools menu, "Delete Browsing History", "Delete Files" button.
