BSoD, Can't Start In Safe Mode, Help!

*I tried to turn my laptop on and all I got was the BSOD, Is there a way
to either get the files from the harddrive or a way to repair it
altogether? I've tried starting in Safe Mode w/ Networking & w/ Command
Prompt & Without both but it they all end up with the BSOD, and when I
put the windows xp disc in the drive it doesn't boot! Help please!*
