Winsock2 when page can't be displayed

If A Customer Calls Getting Error "page Cannot Be Displayed" When Trying To Connect To The Internet, Try The Following Steps:
1. Delete Temporary Internet Files
2. Delete Winsock2 Registry Key

- Currentcontrolset
- Services
- Winsock2
3. Delete Mstcp Registry Key
-hkey_local_machine
- System
- Currentcontrolset
- Services
- Mstcp
4. Remove And Reinstall Dial-up Networking
- Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add/remove Programs
Windows Setup Tab
Communications -> Dial-up Networking
Remove The Check / Reboot Replace The Check
Try The Connection Again. If This Does Not Work, Extract The
Winsock.dll And The Wsock32.dll Files.
Windows 98/me
The Winsock.dll Is On The Windows Disk In The Win98 Folder
And Should Be Extracted To The C:\windows Folder
The Wsock32.dll File Is Also In The Win98 Folder And Should
Be Extracted To The C:\windows\system Folder.
