IE7 - Uninstall from a different user account
If you get the error "Internet Explorer 7 cannot be uninstalled from this user account. Please log on to the same user account from which it was installed and try again." then add the following as a new STRING:
In: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\Microsoft\internet explorer Add "InstalledByUser" as a new String. Edit that value with your username and you should be able to uninstall IE7.
