If you get an error prompting you to repair the Personal Folders (PST) file:

Goto Start - Find - Files or Folders

Type in "Scanpst.exe" and press enter

Double-click Scanpst.exe to launch the Inbox Repair Tool

Have customer click on browse and browse out to their PST file. Choose it and press start.

Will do a 8 phase scan. You will get a report screen. If there are errors, you will see a

repair button. If repair does not fix problem, then PST file is beyond repair and a new

one must be used.
