|
System locking w/ DVD in drive
The system locking with a CD in the drive. The issue is most likely caused by DMA.
a. Right click on my computer. b. Go to properties c. Double click CD ROMs d. Double click your CD- writer e. Go to settings f. Uncheck DMA g. Do the same to the CD-ROM Drive h. Close with close option—not the X—and the system will prompt you to restart, do so.
