SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to start one of the Microsoft Works 2000 programs, you may
receive one of the following error messages:

- WKSWP caused an invalid page fault in module Itss.dll.

- WKSSS caused an invalid page fault in module Itss.dll.

- WKSDB caused an invalid page fault in module Itss.dll.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if the HTML Help files are missing or damaged.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, download and install the HTML Help update:

To download and install the HTML Help update:

1. Visit the following Microsoft Web site:

http://officeupdate.microsoft.com/20...ails/hhupd.htm

2. On the Web page, click Download Now!

3. Click "Save this program to disk", and then click OK.

4. In the "Save in" box, click Desktop, and then click Save.

5. On the desktop, double-click Hhupd.exe.

6. When you are prompted to update HTML Help, click Yes.

7. Click OK.
